What we collect

On the website: no accounts and no tracking cookies. The forms open a WhatsApp chat with the text you write; nothing is stored on the site.

On WhatsApp and Instagram: your number or username, your profile name, the messages you send us, and the details you share to get a quote or book (date, group size, boat, contact name).

What we use it for

To answer your questions, quote and manage your booking, and so a person on the team can confirm availability and payment with you.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

María, our automated assistant

First replies on WhatsApp and Instagram come from María, an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence (Anthropic models). To write each reply, the conversation is sent to Anthropic as a service provider; Anthropic does not use it to train its models.

You can ask for a person at any time, and every booking is always confirmed by someone on the team.

Who we share data with

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and Instagram), which carries the messages under its own policies. Anthropic, as the assistant provider. Our database and hosting provider, where conversations and booking requests are stored encrypted.

How long we keep it

Conversations and requests are kept while needed to handle your booking and for at most 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to casamare.info@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (809) 543-7223. We reply within 30 days.
